Containing probably one of the most effective blockers of open tubules, Potassium oxalate, and at a concentration of 30%, Sensitrol Professional has recently been shown to deliver – both in terms of pain reduction and speed of onset. After a single, sixty second application, 93% of patients’ sensitivity improved with most of them enjoying a greater than 50% reduction in sensitivity*. *Data on File, 2010.

Sensitrol Professional contains a penetration enhancer, enabling the solution to penetrate the openings of the exposed dentinal tubules and ensures durability of the block. The solution is packed in easy to use patented bud applicators – taking just a couple of minutes chair time to apply. Each box contains 36 buds.

A lower strength solution (Sensitrol) is also available for home use and is ideal to sell in your practice. Utilising the same simple to use bud technology, each box contains 12 buds.

Sensitrol Professional and Sensitrol are well tolerated and the solution does not stain enamel or exposed dentine. It requires no special storage and comes with full instructions. For optimum effect gently rub into the affected area for at least 60 seconds and advise the avoidance of acidic food and drink for 24 hours after use.
