Effective cleaning with your TePe Tongue Cleaner Stick out your tongue as far as possible! Place the tongue cleaner as far back as is comfortable, with the raised surfaces towards the tongue and slide forward. Rinse and repeat if necessary. The flat side of the tongue cleaner can be used for the sides of the tongue.
